What To Bring:

Boys Camp List (Girls list is below)
  • Full Equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, stick, mouthpiece)
  • Athletic Supporter
  • Cleats and Athletic Shoes (in most cases you will need both)
  • Athletic Socks (1 pair for every session)
  • Athletic Shorts (1 pair for each day)
  • T-shirts or Under Armor (one shirt per session)
  • Non work out clothes (for in between sessions and at night)
  • Sweatshirt (in case it gets cold at night)
  • Rain Jacket(in case it rains)
  • Fan (box fan for the room)
  • Alarm Clock (we'll wake you up too)
  • Sheets
  • Towels
  • Pillow Cases
  • Snacks(pretzels, granola bars, etc..)
  • Spending Money($20 to $30)
  • Toothbrush
  • Soap
  • Shampoo
