Full Equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, stick, mouthpiece)
Athletic Supporter
Cleats and Athletic Shoes (in most cases you will need both)
Athletic Socks (1 pair for every session)
Athletic Shorts (1 pair for each day)
T-shirts or Under Armor (one shirt per session)
Non work out clothes (for in between sessions and at night)
Sweatshirt (in case it gets cold at night)
Rain Jacket(in case it rains)
Fan (box fan for the room)
Alarm Clock (we'll wake you up too)
