Event Curriculum
Lightning Lacrosse Elite combines the advantages of a weekend tournament with a high end skill program. Each recruit will have the benefit of playing in multiple games throughout the week but also have the abilities to learn from some of the best coaches in the college game through coaches clinics, drills, team offense/defense, and transition play.
Highlights include:
- Position specific instruction from coaches from top college programs each day
- Full field games each day to showcase your talent
- “Recruiting Night” – Venue to meet the college coaches and better understand the full recruiting process
- Play with players from other club/high school teams
Speed/Agility Testing – Each Lightning Lacrosse Elite Event will feature speed and agility testing similar to the NFL Draft. Testing includes:
- 40 Yard Dash
- Shuttle Run
- Vertical Jump
